Every item we sell is well cleaned, disinfected & carefully inspected, which means you get to enjoy it from the moment you open your ‘Happy Box’.

Packaging

We’re a family owned company and we are very proud in each and every orders that goes out the door. We believe in compostable biodegradable and sustainable packaging to reduce the consumption of raw heavy-energy resources.

All shipments are carefully custom packed with professional green packing materials and throughly wrapped for the safe journey to your Home.

Shipping

Buyer pays all shipping costs estimated above, (Free shipping for purchases above $75) which includes insurance. We pack very carefully, but even then sometimes breakage happens.

Any shipping or transit issues? Please contact us right away and we will file an insurance claim and will try to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Returns

Buyer pays all shipping costs including returns. Item must be returned in the same condition received.

If your item arrives damaged you have 48 hours to reach out through our email (plant.thriftwithme@gmail.com) with pictures of the damaged product and we will issue a refund.

Once your order is delivered to your doorstep, we are no longer responsible for what happens to the item from that point onward.
